Using your bear

Our care page covers soaking, cleaning, re-soaking, and handling. If sugar remains hard, check that the lid closes fully and the prepared bear is with the sugar in the same closed space.

Choosing a pack

A single bear suits one brown-sugar container. The two-pack is useful for separate jars or sharing. See the pack-selection guide for practical examples.

Delivery, a damaged item, or a return

Open the account used at checkout and find the order. Its details show the seller, delivery updates, and available support or return options. Keep the packaging and take a clear photograph if the item arrived damaged.
